Whether you are looking for a quickie or an hour long dive into a mobility practice, I have you covered! In this subscription-based mobility program, you will have access to a series of videos that cover SMR techniques, joint mobilizations, active and passive stretching techniques, with a focus on working into end-range mobility to strengthen specific regions of the body. Classes are loaded weekly!

Breathwork, Mobility and HIIT Class

Mondays and Fridays at 12pm EST, Whitney Tucker and I teach live virtual HIIT classes. One of us coaches while the other demonstrates. This class came to life during the pandemic as a way to empower you with the tools to maximize your health on a mat! If you can't make it in realtime, you will have access to the library of recordings. Join us to breathe, mobilize and strengthen!

The Sugarbush Practice!

During these sessions, you will be provided with educational information and simple somatic practices to help you connect with, and heighten sensation and enjoyment of, your personal playground. We resource women’s wisdom, anatomy, physiology, polyvagal theory and traditional sacred sexuality practices to help you define and access your personal pleasure principles and spend time learning about your body at this moment in time. This is an 11 part pre-recorded program that you can access at any time.

Kane School Pilates Certification

Directed by Kelly Kane and Matt McCulloch, the Kane School Pilates certification is a rigorous training program combining the classic principles of Pilates with a modern, clinical perspective on the body. The program crafts advanced teachers with x-ray vision—teachers with solid knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and injuries as well as the skills to perceive and improve them. Graduates work in variety of settings across the fitness, wellness, and medical worlds. The full training includes Foundation Training (Core Muscle Anatomy), Comprehensive Mat, and Basic Training equipment certifications.

My transformative approach is geared towards optimizing health during fertility and post-fertility stages, adapting training strategies based on women’s dynamic cycles.
